In 1993 the Pointer Sisters marked their 20th anniversary in the recording industry with release of "Only Sisters Can Do That" album (featuring "Feel For The Physical") on SBK Records. Produced by Peter Wolf, and the result is their best album in years: the arrangements are thoroughly up-to-date dance pop without being aggressively fashionable, and plenty of room is left for the sisters' vocals, which are enthusiastic and even rambunctious. The lyrics are a big step up from previous releases, clever and assertive. The tunes of "Only Sisters Can Do That" are consistently catchy and Peter Wolf gets in some exciting, original piano playing.*

In 1994 the group received a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, was honoured at the Soul of American Music Awards and was also included into the Soul Train Hall of Fame.**

Thomas was so impressed by "Feel For The Physical" that he invited the Pointer Sisters to record the song as a duet for his 1995 album "Souled" (also produced by Peter Wolf).
