T-Seven (aka Judith Hildebrandt) was a lead singer from the internationally successful dance band in the middle of the 90's "Mr. President". Their hits "Up 'N Away", "Coco Jamboo" and "Jojo Action" topped the record charts in Europe, USA and Asia (over 30 million records were sold worldwide).

In 2000 she decided to leave "Mr. President" to embark on a solo career. As a result was a collaboration of T-Seven with Thomas Anders. Thomas along with his partner Christian Geller (KA.G.B. Music) produced and composed two songs "Hey Mr. President" and "Addicted To You" for her.

The title "Hey Mr. President" was developed during the United States Presidential Election, which corresponds with T-Seven's musical past as well as representing the current world political climate. Single "Hey Mr. President" was released on February 26th, 2001.
