Having been internationally acclaimed in the music circles for a long time Christian de Walden has a quick eye for talent. He produced hits for Amanda Lear, Anne Murray, Bad English, Engelbert Humperdink, Marta Sánchez, Cheap Trick and others. In 1983 de Walden got an Oscar nomination for "Over You" theme song of the movie "Tender Mercies".

In 1992-94 Christian and his team worked on Thomas' solo albums "Down On Sunset", "When Will I See You Again" and "Barcos de Crystal", which comprise of danceable cuts like "How Deep Is Your Love", "The Love In Me", "Marathon Of Life" and heartwarming ballads like "Turn Around", "Midnight" and "Dance In Heaven". Thomas didn't fail him, especially with his Latin releases - No 1 in Mexico with "Tal Vez" and No1 in Argentina with "Barcos de Crystal". Christian was more than satisfied with the albums which he co-wrote and co-produced with his partner Ralf Stemmann.

In 1995 de Walden with same bunch of people who had worked with Thomas earlier (and at the same studios) recorded an album with the trio VANNA VANNA from the Philippines (who sounds like Wilson Philips and TLC), where they covered Thomas' hit-single "I'll Love You Forever". In 1997 they performed and got success in Germany, USA, Japan and also in some other Asian countries.
